Welcome to Second Grade
I hope you find this information helpful. There are many things we do in our classroom. As your child's teacher, I have an open door communication policy. We are a team and need to work together to help your child learn. With this being said, I welcome any questions that you might have about your child's education.
As a graduate from CAHS, I continued my education at California University Of Pennsylvania. I am certified in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I taught preschool for 4 years at MonKids. Then, I decided to start substitute teaching in this district. After 4 years of substituting, I became employed as a Kindergarten teacher for CAEC. For 4 years, I taught kindergarten and got the opportunity to teach second. Ever since then, I have been a second grade teacher.
