Blake Ebbitt M.A., CCC-SLP
Hi! My name is Blake Ebbitt, Intermediate Unit 1 speech-language pathologist, servicing Carmichaels Area School District. I am currently licensed by the board of Pennsylvania and hold my Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. I also possess a Level II Teaching Certificate in K-12 Speech and Hearing Impairment. I obtained my Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Edinboro Univeristy of Pennsylvania in 2013, where I also received my undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences in 2011.
I have had the invaluable opportunity of providing speech and language support services to the students at CASD since September 2013. My experience includes servicing students K-12 here at Carmichaels with a wide range of accompanying disabilities including autism, intellectual disability, multiple disabilities, Down syndrome, emotional disturbance, other health impairment, and learning disabilities. Encouraging students to achieve their full communication potential through fun and meaningful activities is a quality that I possess and will utilize far into my career.
I am proud to be given the opportunity to service the students of Carmichaels Area School District and make progress towards their communication goals. If you have any questions regarding your child’s speech or language needs, please feel free to contact me directly at extension 1224 (Elementary) or 2211 (Junior/Senior High School). I am also reachable by email at email@example.com.
